This is such a cute dress. I am not a huge fan of hearts, but I really liked the cut-outs at the neck, and I like pink and red together. The top is very blousey, so much so that I actually ended up exchanging my normal medium for a small. While the top is still a bit blousey, I like the fit much better in the small. Two things I am not wild about: the dress is polyester and the elastic waist tended to ride up. Not a big deal though. In the pic, I am wearing the dress with the Crimson of the Crop Cardigan, Tights in Every Occasion in Red, A Crinkle in Time Scarf in Flan and vintage inspired shoes.

I really liked this dress! I've been trying to get myself to wear more patterns, but what I really liked about this dress was the cut out detailing around the neck. So cute! It's on the very boderline of what I'd consider too short (just at fingertip length for me) and I will definitely wear a slip in case of windy days, but I'm very happy. It's lined at the top and through the skirt - no visible bra color nor underwear color. Definitely will wear it with some kind of a belt for extra wist definition (if I don't get some sort of a waist in I'm a box from big boobs down to hips). Very cute, and I'm very happy!

Simple and cute! The cut-outs look even better than I thought they would. The top portion is a little poofy just above the waist.
