Good Ol' Daisy Dress

This dress and I had a staring contest when it first arrived. I put it on a hanger and started to regret my purchase. I put it on with a push up bra and could barely squeeze into it on account of my bust. I took it off and stared at it again. Perhaps I should send it back? I switched into a non-padded bra and while the fit was still tight it was actually wearable. After wearing the dress for a day I can safely say that I am in love even though it does tend to squeeze my chest when I sit down. The bust also needs readjusting throughout the day and the top knot is a bit lose and would be cuter if it was tighter against the body. Be warned that the fabric of the torso hugs your body. When you sit down you will have to adjust your dress to hide any tummy pooch that may occur. Ultimately I suggest purchasing the dress but if you're above a C cup I would recommend getting a L even if the size of the rest of your body is a M. To end on a positive note the dress itself is adorable, the fabric is quality and keeps its shape throughout the day.

So, I came online one day to see the new arrivals, and this dress was brand new and already only had 3 left in stock, and only in medium. My previous dresses had been larges because I don't want to order something too small. So I went ahead and bought this dress for my mom's upcoming wedding (daisy themed), and some dinosaur earrings just because. Before I go into telling how the quality of the dress is, I want to add that along with my orders, (which came in just 3 days!) I got a free gift of a cute black and white headband. But anyways, The dress is 100 % cotton, so don't put it in the dryer! Also, I put it on not realizing there was a little zipper on the side near your left arm, and it's more green than I thought. I thought the dress was blue, but no, it's green. I feel like this is my favorite modcloth purchase yet. Absolutely worth the money. and my earrings are lovely also.

OMFG! I <3 this dress! When it appeared on the site, I snapped it up, and I am so glad I did because it sold out so fast. The print is beautiful, as is the silhouette of the dress. I also liked the knots on the front, and the cut out is very nice. The reason why I took off one star was the fabric is really thin, and the cut out needs to be adjusted every once in a while to make sure it is flat. Overall, AWESOME dress!!!
