  • Shell: 96% Cotton, 4 % Elastane. Lining: 100% Cotton.
  • Sizes XS and S run large, order size down for best fit. Sizes M, L, and XL run true to size. Shell fabric provides stretch. Lining fabric does not provide stretch. Elasticized band at back of bodice provides approximately 2 inches of stretch.
  • Machine wash cold inside out with like colors. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Hang to dry recommended. Cool iron. Do not dry clean.
  • Fully lined. Hidden back zipper with hook and eye closure. Adjustable straps with buttons. Pockets at hips.

Bought this dress for a friend's wedding and am happy with the purchase! It is a bit loose in the bust (which never happens), but once I add the right bra I think it will be fine. I am a size 8/10 in most clothes and this fit skims my body with just enough wiggle room for the dance floor. The waist is a little high, so I added the "you can't beak that" belt to accentuate.

I've purchased a couple of items from Modcloth in the past, but this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. I just received the Garden Gorgeous Dress and I AM IN LOVE. Everything about this beautiful dress is perfect. The fabric is gorgeous - vibrant colors, soft but substantial feel, ideal weight with just the right amount of stretch, and fully lined. I am so impressed with the quality. And it looks dynamite on, so feminine and fun. The length is just right - it hits just above the knee. The only thing I'd mention is that the top is ever so slightly big for me - I am on the smaller end of the B spectrum - but nothing a good push-up bra can't handle. In short: do not hesitate to pull the trigger on this one. I bought it to wear to a wedding, but it would also be perfect for cocktails or even the office if paired with a little jacket or cardigan. LOVE!

I find the straps short and bust small but there is lots of stretch and the fabric is beautiful so will adjust the straps. Lovely for the summer.
