If I could buy ten of these dresses in different colors I would. The waistband falls perfectly at my natural waist and makes me look much tinier than I actually am. The length is perfect for work - just above my knees - and the 3/4 length sleeves make this a spring/fall/winter dress. For work, I wear a camisole underneath, because it's a little bit revealing, but on a date I might leave the cami off. I just can't say enough great things about this dress!

This is a lovely dress; I wore it at work today and people noticed. It's striking without being too fancy, and the cloth is so comfortable! The skirt hits right below my knees, which is the perfect length for me. The only thing I would caution about is that smaller-busted women may find the top part of the wrap fits a little loosely. I have to wear a camisole underneath the dress because my chest size doesn't fill it out. Larger-chested ladies don't seem to have much of a problem. All in all, this is an excellent buy!

After waiting a while for my size to be back in stock I really wanted to love this dress. I usually wear a L or XL so the XL should have fit fine but it fit more like a small L or even a M. Sadly it has to go back. I would have much preferred a true wrap style dress rather than the button closure that this one has. A true wrap would likely address some of the sizing issues people seem to be having.
