I thought that this dress would be perfect for my upcoming holiday. I read the size chart as I always wear 8 or 10 and large is said to be equivalent to that size. I was able to do up the dress but it squished my 36 B bust so that is was flat and not comfortable around the top at all. I do not feel that the size of the dress is true to the sizing chart at all. It is going back today.

Ugh. I SO wanted this dress to work. Unfortunately, it just isn't flattering on me. For reference, I'm 5'7", 135 pounds, 34D, & athletic build. I have a small frame on top, with larger hips... & this dress made my bottom half look even larger than it already is.. not the look I'm going for. I thought it would be slimming with the design, but it had the exact opposite effect. The material was also heavy, bulky, & it felt like the dress was going to fall down. So bummed. It's going back.

I am normally a medium at Mod, but I ordered the large after reading that it ran small in some areas. The large fits perfectly! The fabric definitely gives the dress a more glamourous feeling (I was hoping for a more casual feel) and it is quite heavy like an evening gown, but I know I'll find an occasion to wear it somewhere!
