I was waiting for this dress for quite a long time so when I received it I was really excited. The color is a little darker than the pic but lovely anyway, I think it suits all skin colors.Being 1.70m tall (5'6'' approx) the dress goes mid-thigh length, it is still wearable without tights. The quality is good, the lace is soft, not rough to the touch at all. The buttons at the back might seem tricky but I managed to button them without taking so long.However, I had some difficulties with the zipper but after rubbing candle wax (my secret for tricky zippers) it worked better. Overall, I am happy with this lovely dress, it is innocent and sexy at the same time.

Want to warn right off the bat: This dress is not the length as indicated. As soon as I put it on I realized it was shorter. I took it off and measured it - the longest measurement I could get when I started at the very top of the collar was 33". The size medium is supposed to be 35.5". Another problem I had is it is tight in the bust, even with stretch. I slipped out of my nightgown and put the dress on when I was not wearing a bra. I realized it the fabric would be 'tugging' at the chest if I had tried it on with a bra. Granted, I am "busty" from having lifted weights in the past, but there isn't any reason I should be wearing a size large in Modcloth. If I were too order the large, it would be too roomy in the waist. The neck buttons are almost impossible to button on your own. For these reasons, I have to send this dress back. It is very pretty but will not work for me.

I've been in love with this dress since I saw it on Be The Buyer. The lace isn't ruff at all and the color is about the same in the photo. I'm petite but the dress is right about the knee. It fits wonderfully and is just the right length. I love that the zipper is hidden on the side so it provides a good fit and not ruin the aesthetics of the dress. Overall I love this dress. My favorite ModCloth purchase yet!
