I originally had gotten the small, but it was too small. Then I got the medium, it was slightly big. The picture shows the sweetheart line, but like others who have reviewed... the lining of the right side keeps turning out. It was only sweetheart on the left then straight on the other. It looked awkward. Then the overlap of the bust area seemed like it wasn't stitched well. the front overlap looked like it was too much and i had to readjust it, fold it in, then the underside of the overlap looked too bunched up. Overall, I kept having to adjust it. I agree with another reviewer that the padding is weird. it didn't seem like it was in the right place.

This was my first purchase from ModCloth, and I was very hesitant after seeing the persistant negative reviews. I am pleased with this dress, but not over the moon about it. The dress ended up fitting me perfectly, and hitting me around the knee in length. The slip is a little smaller than would be preferred, but it isn't uncomfortable. I did also notice the bump other reviewers spoke about. For me it was located at the top of the right bust area, and was occurring due to the padding being pulled. I didn't mind it though because I found it wasn't really obvious, and I had to look for it to find it. It is a gorgeous colour, and is much brighter than in the photo online. Overall, I liked this dress, but the one thing I didn't like was the time it took to ship and all the extra costs involved. I chose the 3-5 day shipping and this dress took 9 days to come in. If I'd known that, I'd have chosen the 7-21 day choice.

I ususally get a small, but when I tried this on, it was humongous. I really like it, but I wish you carried it in an extra small.
