The dress is as cute as it looks on the website! The color looks almost navy on the website but it is actually a pretty royal blue. The dress fits perfectly and can be dressed up or dressed down. The neckline isn't too low. The V ends right below my sternum which is about ten inches from my neckline. If you are small chested like myself, this dress will work perfectly without a bra. The dress was in very good condition when I recieved it other than a couple loose threads. My only complaints are with the back of the dress. It's fine standing up but a little short when bending over. Also, the cinched waist in the back isn't flattering.

I love the color of the dress, and uniqueness of the back, but the top was way too to big so I had to get the straps adjusted. I am small chested, so that's probably why. You can't wear a bra with the dress beacuse of the open back, which might be a problem for some people. The length is perfect and hits mid-thigh. The quality isn't great, and some of the roses were loose when I got the dress, and the zipper was off the runner so I had to get that fixed as well.

This dress was just too short :( I'm not bothered by dresses that are characterized by short as long as I can bend over in them without the world seeing everything... and in this dress all I had to do was lean forward and my butt was out. It was unfortunate because I think it is really well made, but anyone as tall as me (or at least with a long torso) should be wary of it. I own some dresses from Modcloth with 'short warnings' on them and have been perfectly satisfied, but this one was just way to exposing.
