  • Fabric does not provide stretch. Shirring at back provides approximately 3.5 inches of stretch.

I love how this dress looks from the front. The fit was great other than on me it's about 3" too long but I could hem it no problem. They advertise this dress for fall and cold weather, but it's so sheer with any backlight or in sunlight you can see through it (even with nude underwear it left nothing to the imagination about my figure). Also the back is extremely low (below my bra...not a problem for a summer dress but for something advertised as a cooler weather dress it shouldn't be that low). I expected a maxi I could wear in cold weather and got a slip that I wouldn't even wear in summer.

I was in love with the pattern on the dress to begin with. I have been in search for a great maxi dress that fit me well! The dress was exactly what I was looking for. I am tall and the dress was just the right length on me. The fabric feels wonderful and I can't wait to find a soft cream sweater to wear with it!

I love the colors of this dress and knew right away that I wanted to have it! It is a big long for me, but that's to be expected in a maxi dress on a short person. I'll probably only have to hem it an inch or two. My biggest complaint is in the bust area. Again, I know that I am oddly proportioned as a 34F, but it will be impossible for me to wear this dress without some kind of camisole underneath to cover the sides of the girls. I'm normally okay with a bit of spillage (it comes with the territory), but the bust portion of this dress didn't come close to covering my skimpiest bra! Still, I love the fabric so I'll probably play around with things and sew a bit until I get it just right.
