It's very, very pretty, and fits well. But the fabric is quite thin to the point of being slightly see-thru; I was lucky to have another dress of a very similar style but a little shorter and a little more low-cut that I could wear underneath as an emergency slip. Also, I got so excited to find something on ModCloth that I loved that wasn't already out of stock that I bought before really processing the details of the fabric--it's viscose rayon, which will fall apart if you hand-wash and stretch if you drip-dry. So consider this a high-maintenance-fabric warning!

This dress is gorgeous and flattering. Though it might not be quite worth the price, I cannot wait to wear it! The fabric drapes in a very complementary way, and I love the gathering on the shoulders. And the emerald color is just beautiful! I would recommend this dress to a lady of any shape or size.

This dress is comfortable, and super versatile. Perfect to throw on over a swimsuit for the beach or dress up with cute shoes and jewelry for a date...I love the color and I love the fit. Its also not too short, falls about 5-6 inches above my knee. The fabric is like a stretchy cotton so don't expect anything fancy but its a great dress.
