Chief Executive Outfit Dress

This dress is all about the details. From the front: lovely sheath dress type styling with a flattering feminine neckline (no cleavage worries if you have a larger chest). The strip of fabric around the waist and at the shoulders is embroidered with black flowers, which offers a different fabric texture in an elegant subtle way. From the back: the open back is gorgeous and although I was slightly afraid the gathered bustle would be unflattering, it looked super cute. The dress is fully lined. The zipper is a convenient height for being able to zip and unzip yourself (but can be a bit of a challenge to get out of because the button at the very top of the dress is a little hard to undo- easier just to leave it buttoned and wiggle your way out and I was very conscious of trying not to snag the zipper in the supersoft fabric). Even though I have a smaller chest, there is plenty of room (and stretch) in the chest region for someone more amply endowed. You would need to wear a strapless bra with the option of very low back-straps or what I call "sticky-boobs" so that your bra does not show.

This dress is lovely. I have fairly narrow shoulders and it works fine for me. I would say this is more of a going out dress than a work dress (at least for someone my height) because it falls well above the knee (about 3 inches). I don't need to wear a bra with it because the fabric is thick enough to provide some structure and lift. I was able to wear a strapless bra without if showing though. The mid section can bunch up a bit when you walk or move but the dress has such awesome details that this is easy to overlook. I plan to wear this to my Breakfast at Tiffany's themed bachelorette party and think it is the perfect modern Holly Golightly dress. :)

This dress would be super cute and well-fitted for a tall girl with broad shoulders and a tiny tummy & butt. I ordered the correct size but the fit on me was just all wrong. I have an hour glass shape that is heavy on the hips/butt and this dress just made my back-end look HUGE. The cut out is neat but the back strap was too wide on me and hung down. It also hits above the knee and when you walk it goes well above the knee, so not as work appropriate as it looks. The chest fit well and the quality was great but this was just not the dress for my body type.
