This dress is so pretty! I receive compliments every time I wear this dress. The fabric is a nice quality and it is put together very well. However, the dress is too large in the waist and bust! The halter strap keeps is up but my upper body is swimming in it. to fix this, I wear it with a wide, black belt, but it is a little awkward because of the difference in the shape of the black strip on the dress and the belt. All in all, I am very happy with this dress, but I might have it taken in.

Wanted to wait for a review before I bought, but they were running out and I had an event to wear it to. It came in today and is beyond my expectations. The fabric is light enough to need a slip, but heavy enough to feel like a well-made summer dress. The bodice and waist fit beautifully and as more of a pear-shape, it is one of those dresses that is utterly flattering. I am between a medium and a large, but the large (all that was left by the time I pulled the trigger) fits like a vintage wallpaper of roses and wild felines' dream! Thrilled with it.

Wow - an amazing fun dress! I may have been able to go a small as the medium is just little large on the top for me but still very wearable. I took a leaf from another reviewer and have crossed the straps rather than used as a halter neck - this worked much better on me. Only possible issue is the fabric is quite stiff. good quality but it makes the very full skirt 'poke' a little rather than flow. I'm wondering if I should take the plunge and find a crinoline to wear underneath - as if the dress wasnt over the top enough! The dress is lovely and has inspired me to re-start our swing dancing lessons! thanks Modcloth! PS I mostly wear an Australian size 10: weight 59kg.
