Blossom Day Soon Dress

This dress wasn't the fabric I expected, but I still love it so much anyway!! I thought it'd be cotton, maybe it said in the description what it was but i didn't read it bc it was too cute i just put it straight into my shopping bag! I am 5'7 135 pounds idk my waist measurement but I got a size 10 and its def snug in the waist. if you dont have a very small waist itll work, but just dont eat anything that makes you bloat haha.,I am a 36C the bust fits great. love the length it just just at my knees. Thx modcloth you NEVER disappoint! I took this photo in my kitchen bc it has the best lighting. I don't usually take photographs in front of refrigerators...in case you were concerned.

I had such a hard time trying to figure out what to say about this dress. The color is a fresh, vibrant turquoisey-green and the flowers and just gorgeous. The description states that it's sheer at the chest and it actually took me quite a few careful looks at the picture to see that what they mean is that the red embroidered overlay is sheer, but the entire dress is completely lined. The fit was right on for me. I'm a US 12 and a solid UK 14 and I got the 14. The lining fabric is luxurious and soft and the exterior fabric flows and moves like a dream. The waist hit me in just the right spot--about an inch and a half above my belly button, thus avoiding any problem tummy or hip areas. The sleeves were the only part that I wasn't in love with. They are exactly as pictured, but I just felt that with the elegance and drapiness of the dress they were a bit much. Plus, the arm hole was just slightly large for me, but I have pretty lean arms. I ended up returning the dress, but not because there was anything wrong with it. It's completely perfect for any special event or gathering; I just couldn't picture it transitioning to more casual environments and I decided to spend my money on more versatile dresses. But it is definitely an amazing, beautiful, well made and gorgeously fitting garment.

I LOVE this dress. It is absolutely worth the price; the fit is great, material is great, and it's very flattering!
