When I first saw this dress I feel in love with it. It looked perfect on the tall model. I bought it and it was quickly delivered to me (in an opened and destroyed box!! But that's another story). When the dress got here I quickly put it on. It was huge and see through. It looked like two light sheets were thrown together. I could see my bra and underwear but this was simply fixed with a slip and nude colored bra. But when I examined myself in the dress: -My torso is small, so the top wrap almost covered the black tie. -I look very wide, my hips and waist looked huge. -Doesn't show my figure -Very long. I'm going to keep it because I can take a few inches in on it and make it perfect. I'm just posting pictures of how it looked before I made any changes to it. It's a very pretty dress, you just need to be tall to make it look beautiful without any modifications.

I bought this dress for a Mad Men-style cocktail party and my friends loved it. When I took it out of the box, though, my immediate thought was of how sheer it was! I have a tattoo on my hip and the dress is so sheer that you could read my entire tattoo through both pieces of material. You will absolutely need a short nude slip. I have reasonably slender shoulders and was hoping that it might be a little slouchier around the neckline as it appears with the model, but overall it's still quite lovely.

This dress is exactly as pictured and very floaty and feminine. The top is very 'fluffy' which may not appeal to everyone's tastes, and I am not sure how it would look on a large chest. It is also extremely see through, even with the slip it comes with, so you will definetely need tights with this one. I adore it however, good purchase!
