I was incredibly disappointed with this dress. I thought it would be perfect for my figure: hourglass. The fabric itself is much more shimmer and thicker than I expected, which wasn't an issue, but the fit was poor at best. It was HUGE, and the pockets hit right at my hip bones making me look pear shaped. It is loose in the waist, and a longer length than I expected giving it an overall "Amish" look per my significant other. Sadly, I'm returning this dress.

I'm on the fence about this one. It is made of thick fabric which feels great next to the skin, the sleeves are perfect 3/4 and the color is lovely and bright. Shimmer doesn't really bother me, but I imagine it would be a problem for work. However the pockets are in a completely wrong place and it is way too loose for me below the waist. Also the seaming on top makes me look much wider than I am. A belt and a "statement" necklace are absolutely necessary to wear this one. If you choose to order it, DO size down from your regular Bettie Page size, I think S would fit me much better.

Tomorrow is my Birthday ,And today my Apres dress arrived. Fit perfect, ok it is a little longer than I would like, but everything else is just right. Color is the same like on my computer and has a little shimmer.So I will have something new to wear for tomorrow .Thanks ModCloth.
