I received so many compliments wearing this dress. It is, however, lighter in person and it might wash you out but I’d still wear it. I think the point of the dress is to wear it without a bra. You really don’t want to attract attention to the bra because the dress draws attention to the chest area and the back and it will point out your bra to everyone. But I imagine tan bra can work. I am 34A or B depending on the season and I could pull it off. I used Nippies and they worked perfectly to hide the nipples. I also think it needs a thin black belt to bring it together. I wore it with a very simple long black string necklace going on the inside of the dress to the waist. The skirt has a lining and I am happy with the quality of the dress. I bought a size S and, although, it could use a bit of taken in, I still wore it just fine.

This was my first ModCloth purchase and I was a little nervous about how the dress would fit but I was so pleased when I received the dress. I was so happy that the dress was barely wrinkled (coming all the way to Canada). The colour of the dress is beautiful (it's a little bit darker than the picture). I am also very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the finishes on the dress. I think the top fits slightly large on me personally, but overall I am very pleased with this purchase!
