This dress broke my heart! I had dreams of how wonderful it would be but the reality left me crushed. For someone shorter and much boobier than me, this dress would be five stars. No! TEN STARS! The fabric is lovely, the pleats adorable, the neckline -- front and back -- elegant, the length perfect. But for a girl my height, the waist hits too high and makes me look thick. Even with my push-uppiest bra, the top is far too roomy. So if you are shapely and/or not a giant, definitely get this dress and let me live vicariously through you. But for me, with a sad heart, I have to send it back.

This dress is probably the most beautiful thing I have ever put on. The quality of the fabric is excellent. There is some stretch, making it very comfortable. It just skims over my trouble areas and is the perfect length for someone as tall as myself. The only problem I have is that I didn't expect it to have such a wide neckline and it does have a significant plunging neck, but with a few minor adjustments, that won't be a problem. Absolutely elegant!

Getting this dress was quite an ordeal! I initially purchased this dress a month ago, only for it to be oversold and my purchase was returned, such sadness. But, it came back in stock not long after and I snatched it up as quick as I could! So glad I did. I was in the market for a well-fitting, short sleeved, formal dress with an a-line skirt. I have a military ball coming up, and sleeveless gowns are just difficult for me. This is a dream :) The material has a decadent sheen and demure quality to it; the quirk of short sleeves and the darling buckle are nice touches to make this dress unique. The v-neck does plunge a bit, but you can moderate it depending on the occasion - camisole or not, the cleavage is not indecent. I'm glad I finally got it :)
