As a teacher, there is nothing worse than witnessing my students in moments of discouragement. When I've showed them this book, particularly the rejection letters to Andy Warhol and Casablanca, I have been able to explain that it is not the individual or their work that is "not good enough", it is that not everyone can open their eyes to the beauty in everything. I ADORE this book. A fantastic buy, an even better read!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend. I read through it before giving it to her and thought it was funny and so did she.
