I agree with the other viewers, its a shame this top didn't make it, because I'd love yo wear it. . . I already have an outfit planed for this top. Please reopen votes. Modcloth would be missing a gem.

This shirt is wonderful not only to wear by itself but also under a jacket for an elegant look. Being new to the site - please put this up for vote again. Is there any way I can contact the designer directly for this top?
