So cute! The collar just needs to be symmetrical and I'm sold.

I really wish it wasn't shiny, considering that the design will already add bulk. Shiny bulk just makes it worse. But still, a nice belt or sash around the middle could make it worth the while. The ruffle/collar combo is very interesting. Picked it.

It looks wrinkly and cheap. It is much too chunky. The cut seems entirely unflattering.
