1.) I do like the color. 2.) Not so sure about the buttoned cuffs at the sleeves. I think loose sleeves would look better. 3.) The zipper in back - I would remove and use a few buttons intead so it could go over your head.

Nice colour, and the zipper adds a nice bit of contrast, but the sleeves ruin it. Some sort of 3/4 or 1/2 would be more appropriate in my opinion.
