I followed the instructions to size down based on my measurements, bought a large, and it fit perfectly. And I mean perfectly: no weird bulges at the bust because of cut or size issues, no tightness at waist or sleeves, and the neckline rests just right without any extra fabric. The quality seems good and after a quick visual inspection, I couldn't find any issues. The colours are lovely (for my pale skin, creamy colours are much better than stark whites) and easy to match with other items. I am bowled over by how flattering this shirt is on. It's love at first wear! (Advice though: This shirt is cut for an hourglass shape up-top. There's noticeably more room around the bust--it narrows quite a bit around the natural waist. This may not work for all people.)

This is a very stiff shirt so the collar and bow are hard to make match the picture. The bow just did not lay flat. The seams did not match with my shoulder and the sleeves puffed out from arms and made me look gigantic. The waist was flattering, but the shirt was pretty short. Overall, it just didn't work.

I had thought this blouse would be cream-colored. But it is actually a tea-colored top with black polka-dots. That is fine with me. Definitely go down a size in this top. I normally wear a large in ModCloth blouses and the medium fit me perfectly. The fabric is a nice weight. The pleats on the sleeves, tie and pinched-in waist give this shirt a very vintage feel to it. If you have a large chest and smaller waist, this will look perfect on you. My particular blouse came with loose strings around the buttons, which is annoying. But that will be a simple fix once the buttons stitches fall apart.
