Luminous Blooms Top

This top is very pretty and it was definitely one of my picks for the Be the Buyer program. But the material of the top and the cami it comes with are very thin and a bit see-through. I guess the thin material makes it perfect for a hot summer day. The color is pretty and the shoulder and bust area of this top have structure.

Though not as splendid and vibrant as pictured, this top is still very pretty, and the yellow just emits such a summer-friendly vibe, I've decided to keep this top. Some have complained that the petals and shirt is of cheap quality, but I disagree. Sure it's not silk, but the fabric is very soft and feels great. My issues lie more with the length and cut on certain areas of this top. If it were maybe half an inch longer, I'd be thrilled. Also, the fit is slightly bigger under the arms. I'm not sure why this is, but I do notice it, and just hope I won't be uncomfortable wearing this for that reason. My advice -- if you are a busty girl, you might want to avoid this top altogether, because the side profile will make you appear plump in the midsection due to the layers of fabric (the word preggo came to mind!).. I'm a size B cup, and I didn't appreciate the slight bulge myself, but since I really like the color, the flower embellishments, and the frontal view of this top, I'm holding onto it. Also, pricing on this top could have been more favorable if it were slightly less expensive. For nearly $50, you could score a really nice dress. That's something to think about.

This top is of good quality. I don't wholly agree with the reviews that said it looked cheap, but I do see where the picture is misleading on the site. It arrived wrinkled, but i can't imagine how you would ship a top like this without wrinkling it. After ironing on low heat, the petals laid exactly how the picture showed. It went well with a crystal necklace and black pencil skirt for a party. The color is very accurate, and the floral decoration is just enough. I can't imagine this top would work if you have a long torso. I am short and round, like a sausage shaped puppy with a flat chest, and this top gave my boobs volume with the pulling of the fabric on the bust and the flowers. The petals flow over my tummy and hide my pudges, but it may have the opposite effect if you are thin. I'm not, so i wouldn't know exactly. Bottom line, I think this top is flattering for girls that may not think that they have all that much to flatter, like me.
