Lime crime makes brilliant bright lipstick in awesome shades! I got this one for my sister because she was looking for a "perfect cherry." I disagree that it's dry - LC lipsticks are definitely matte, which I prefer in a lipstick, but if you want more shine you can always add gloss. I have this product in lilac and magenta too, all are beautiful. I only take it down a star because these lipsticks tend to really stick, i.e. they leave stains on your lips that don't budge for at least a few face washes. Small price to pay for looking amazing, but that's the only reason why I don't wear them every day.

The color is pretty accurate to the picture, but on the lip swatch she must be wearing gloss on top. These lipsticks are very very dry, and even with a gloss can still feel dry and thick. The color is very vibrant, but the dry look isn't worth it. The other lipstick I have tried is also this dry, and I won't be trying any others.

Buy. You can never have too many red lipsticks. I actually really like the staining effect people keep bashing. You'd have to apply it fairly regularly to keep the true red color going (like in the first picture), but the fuchsia stain it leaves behind easily stays all day and has a sexy sucking-on-a-popsicle effect (as I've demonstrated for you here). Don't forget to exfoliate like hell beforehand and dab concealer around your lip line to prevent bleeding. Balm underneath is also a must.
