What are your shipping rates?

For domestic (US) orders, we offer a flat rate of $7 for Ground shipping, $14 for Second Day Air, and $21 for Overnight.

What delivery options are available through FedEx?

We have three domestic (contiguous US states) shipping options:

All expedited (Overnight and Second Day Air) orders must be received by 10 a.m. EST to ship that day. If received after 10 a.m., such orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), as FedEx does not deliver expedited orders on weekends.

What delivery options are available for non-contiguous US states and territories?

We ship via USPS for all Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO orders. We offer two flat rate delivery options – $7 for Ground shipping and $14 for Second Day Air.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! In fact, we just started offering a new, lower cost shipping option for all international orders. Read all about it!

USPS First-Class Mail International - our newest, most affordable option!:

  • Delivery typically takes between 7-21 business days once shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • This shipping option does not provide tracking information.
  • Available for international orders weighing up to 4 lbs.

United Parcel Service International:

  • Delivery typically takes between 3-10* business days once shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • This shipping option does include tracking information, which we will email to you once your order’s on its way!
  • Available for countries where UPS is available.

USPS Express:

  • Delivery typically takes between 3-10* business days once shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • This shipping option does include delivery status updates.

*Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

Also, please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

How much will it cost to ship to my country?

It’s easy to calculate your shipping cost! Once you have an item in your shopping bag, click ‘Estimate Shipping’ at the bottom of the page to select your country and calculate your approximate postage cost. These shipping rates are based on the carriers’ standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.
