Domestic Returns
We do our absolute best to make sure youíre happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy in any way, send an email to returns@modcloth.com (make sure to mention your order number, and the nature of the problem)
To return item(s) eligible for return, simply fill out the form on the back of the invoice. Send the item(s) in unworn condition with tags attached to the following address:

Make sure to include the original invoice/return form. Without it, we will not be able to process your return.
We must receive your return package within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns received after 30 days will either be refused, returned for store credit only, or subject to a 20% restocking fee on the full price of the order. Returns received in worn condition will receive no refund at all, or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on full price of the order. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Therefore, please place your shoes in their original box inside of a bigger box before sending them back to us. Intimates, Tights, Socks, Bookstore, Cosmetics, and Final Sale items are non-returnable. Vintage Items are returnable for store credit only.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Domestic Exchanges
Please note: We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, pattern, or color. Intimates, Tights, Socks, Bookstore, Final Sale, and Vintage Items are not eligible for exchange.
Please give fellow customers a chance to own something they love by completing your exchange in a timely manner! We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that take longer than 30 days after original purchase date. Exchange attempts after 30 days will be subject to the rules governing late returns.

International Exchanges
To complete your International Exchange, please follow the above instructions for Domestic Exchanges.
Please Note: Our inventory turns over rapidly, and we cannot hold items for international exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for international exchanges except in cases where we have made an error.
